10. Refunds
Easy account self-management on your Account Page eliminates the necessity for refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly), but you may change your mind anytime. The changes you make to your account will take effect in the very next billing cycle. If your yearly subscription renews and you realize that you accidentally forgot about it (mistakes do happen), please contact us. We can issue a full refund for payment made in error within the 60-day window from when the renewal fee was charged. But you need to contact us! The same applies to the monthly subscriptions.
