COURSE: The World of Rabbis Jesus Knew
This course introduces students to the world of the early rabbis among whom Jesus lived and taught. By exploring their shared cultural framework, values, and teaching methods, students will gain insights and tools to better understand how the Gospel texts function within their original historical context.
Our Academy courses are à la carte (not tied to subscriptions) and can be completed independently after a single payment. The courses are carefully structured into short, densely packed units. They include: 1 - video lectures, 2 - downloadable articles and study materials, 3 - links to external content, 4 - links to recommended books, 4- practical exercises. Exercises are focused on developing independent critical thinking and advanced research skills.
