  2. You will get occasional emails from the e-zine (free subscription) or weekly email reminders (paid subscription). But feel free to visit PSHIR.COM anytime because I publish something new weekly.
  3. Anytime you want to change your subscription just go to the "Account" section. Upgrading or Downgrading is very easy.
